shake and strain into highball, ice, soda top
garnish: cherry and orange slice

0.75 simple
0.75 lime
classic gimlet
2 vodka or gin
1 lime
1 simple
mai tai
1.5 oz white rum
0.75 oz orange curacao
0.75 lime
0.5 orgeat
light shake into double rocks glass
0.5 oz dark rum floater
garnish: lime wheel and mint sprig
manhattan
2 oz rye whiskey
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes angostura bitters
stir with ice and strain into chilled coup
garnish: lux cherry or lemon twist
