1 dash each: orange bitters, Peychaud’s, celery bitters
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail coupe
Garnish with lemon peel
Abbey Cocktail
1.5 oz Gin
.75 oz OJ
.75 oz Cocchi Americano
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail coupe
Garnish with cherry
Absinthe Frappé
1.5 oz Absinthe
0.5 oz simple
6-8 mint leaves
Muddle Mint at bottom of glass.
Add absinthe and simple
Pack with Crushed ice
In Frappe glass or absinthe or Old Fashioned glass.
Mint garnish, serve with straw
Adonis
2 oz Fino
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Stir all briefly in a mixing glass, with ice, and strain into cocktail coupe
Garnish with orange twist
Alexander Cocktail
.75 oz VS Cognac
.75 oz white creme de cacao
.75 oz cream
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail coupe
Garnish with grated nutmeg
Algonquin
1.5 oz Rye
.75 oz Dry vermouth
.75 oz pineapple juice
2 dashes Peychaud’s
Shake with ice and strain into coupe.
Americano
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Soda Water
Build on Old Fashioned Glass
Garnish with orange slice
Antibes
2 oz gin
,75 oz Benedictine
1 oz grapefruit juice
Shake with ice and strain into Old Fashioned Glass
Garnish with orange slice
Aviation
1.5 oz London Dry Gin
.75 Lemon Juice
2 dashes Maraschino liqueur
2 dashes Creme Yvette
Combine in cocktail shaker.
Add ice to shake and chill.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with cherry or lemon peel
Bamboo
1.5 oz Fino
1.5 oz Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura
2 dashes orange bitters
Combine in mixing glass and stir with ice briefly to chill.
Strain into cocktail coupe.
Garnish with Orange or Lemon Twist

1.5 oz gin
.75 oz honey
.75 oz lemon juice
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with lemon twist
Bellini
2 parts prosecco
1 part white peach puree
Dash raz puree
Pour Prosecco over purees into flute. Stir gently.
Bijou
1 oz gin
1 oz green Chartreuse
1 oz sweet vermouth
Stir with ice and strain into coupe.
Garnish with lemon twist
Black Russian
1.5 oz vodka
0.75 oz Kahlua
Pour over ice into lowball glass
Blood and Sand
0.75 oz Scotch
0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
0.75 oz Cherry Heering
0.75 oz orange juice
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with flamed orange twist
Bloody Mary
1.5 oz vodka
4 oz tomato juice
0.5 oz lemon juice
Half teaspoon horseradish
3 dashes Tobasco
3 dashes Worcestershire
Salt
Cracked Black Pepper
Celery Salt
Build in Mixing Glass.
Roll with ice to mix and chill.
Garnish with celery stick and optional others.

1.25 oz Blended Scotch
0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
1 dash absinthe
Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with lemon twist
Boothby Cocktail
1.5 oz bourbon or rye
0.75 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura
2 dashes orange bitters
1 oz Champagne
Stir ingredients in mixing glass, transfer to coupe, and then top with Champagne
Garnish with orange peel
Boston Cocktail
0.75 oz gin
0.75 oz apricot brandy
0.25 oz lemon juice
0.25 oz grenadine
Shake with ice and strain into coupe
Garnish with lemon twist
Boulevardier
1 oz bourbon
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass

1 oz gin
0.5 oz sweet vermouth
0.5 oz dry vermouth
0.5 oz OJ
Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Dash Amer Picon bitters
Stir with ice and strain up or on the rocks.
Garnish with lemon twist, orange twist, or both
Bull Shot
1.5 oz vodka
3 oz beef broth
0.5 oz lemon juice
Salt to taste
Build in ice filled highball glass.
Garnish with lime wedge
Caipirinha
2 oz Cachaca
Juice of half lime
2 teaspoons sugar
Muddle sugar and lime quarters.
Add crushed ice and cachaca in lowball glass.
Garnish with lime wedge.
