Death & Co:: 2 oz Pierre Fernando 1840 cognac 1/2 oz Cointreau 3/4 oz lemon juice 1/4 oz cane sugar syrup Garnish: Orange twist
Shake all ingredients with ice then strain into a coupe. Garnish with orange twist.

Death & Co:: 6 lime wedges 3/4 oz simple syrup 1 white sugar cube 2 oz cachaca (rec: avua ambruana)
In a shaker, muddle the lime with the simple syrup and sugar cube. Add cachaca and shake with ice, then dump into a double rocks glass.

Death & Co:: 3/4 oz beefeater London dry gin 3/4 oz Cointreau 3/4 oz Lillet blanc 2 dashes Vieux Pointarlier absinthe 3/4 oz lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a coupe.

Death & Co:: 2 oz flor de Caña extra dry white rum 1 oz lime juice 1/2 oz cane sugar syrup Garnish: lime wedge

Death & Co:: 1 1/2 oz Plymouth gin 3/4 oz lemon juice 1/2 oz cane sugar syrup Dry champagne Garnish: lemon twist
Shake all the ingredients (except champagne) with ice, then double strain into a flute. Top with champagne and top with a lemon twist.

Death & Co:: 2oz Buffalo Trace bourbon 3/4 oz lemon juice 1/2 oz cane sugar syrup Dry champagne
Short shake all the ingredients (except champagne) with 3 pieces of ice, then strain into a fizz glass over 2 ice cubes. Top with champagne.

1 1/2 oz Toby’s Lime Cordial (in D&C book)
Garnish: 1 lime wedge
Shake the rum and lime cordial with ice, then strain into a double rocks glass over cracked ice.
Gin Fizz
Death & Co:: 2 oz beefeater gin 3/4 oz lemon juice 3/4 oz simple syrup 1 egg white Club soda
Dry shake all the ingredients (except the club soda) and then shame again with ice. Double strain into a fizz glass and top with club soda. No garnish.
Gin Rickey
Death & Co:: 2oz beefeater dry London gin 1 oz lime juice 1/2 oz simple syrup Club soda Garnish: 1 lime wedge
Short shake all the ingredients (except the club soda) with 3 pieces of ice, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top with club soda and garnish with the lime wedge.
Dark & Stormy
Death & Co:: 2oz Gosling's dark rum 3/4 oz lime juice 1 oz ginger syrup Club soda
In a shaker, combine all the ingredients (except club soda) and whip (shake with just a few pieces of crushed ice until ingredients are incorporated). Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top with club soda.

Death & Co:: 2 1/2 oz rittenhouse 100 rye 3/4 oz sweet vermouth 2 dashes angostura bitters Garnish: 1 brandied cherry
Stir all ingredients over ice, then strain into a coupe. Garnish with brandied cherry.
Margarita
Death & Co:: Kosher salt 2 oz blanco tequila (siembra azul) 3/4 oz Cointreau 1 oz lime juice 1/4 oz agave nectar Garnish: 1 lime wedge
Rim a double rocks glass with salt. Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into the rimmed glass over ice cubes. Garnish with lime wedge.
Martini
Death & Co:: 2 1/2 oz gin (a london dry) 3/4 oz dolin dry vermouth 1 dash orange bitters Garnish: 1 lemon twist
Stir all ingredients over ice, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
