2 dash Angosture bitters
2 oz bourbon (rye)
Garnish: orange twist and lemon twist (optional)
Muddle the sugar cube and bitters in an Old-Fashioned glass. Add spirt and 1 large ice cube, stir until chilled. Garnish.
Manhattan
2 oz rye (whiskey)
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dash Angostura bitters
Stir over ice. Strain to a chilled glass

Equal parts (1oz)

Sweet vermouth (Coccchi de Torrino)
Stir over ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a glass w/one large oce cube.

2 oz light rum
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Shake all ingredients over ice until well chilled. Double strain in a chilled glass

2 oz bourbon
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz egg white (optional)
Dry shake for 30 seconds without ice. Add ice, shake, and strain into a glass

2 oz london dry gin
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Club soda to top
Add gin, lemon, and simple syrup to a collins glass. Fill with ice. Top with soda. Stir

Absinthe rinse
1 1/2 oz rye/bourbon
1/2 oz cognac
1 tsp Demerara gum syrup
4 dash Peychaud’s bitter
1 dash Angostura bitters
Lemon twist expressed
Rinse glass with Absinthe. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice until chilled then strain to the Absinthe rinsed glass (no ice). Express the lemon twist over the drink then discard.

French 75
1 oz gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 oz Champagne (sparkling wine)
Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup over ice until well chilled. Strain to a glass and top with Champagne.

Rinse the inside of a chille glass with Absinthe. Shake all other ingredients over ice until well chilled. Strain to the glass.

2 oz white rum
3/4 oz lime
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 mint leaves
Soda, to top
Lightly muddle mint with simple syrup in the shaker. Add rum, lime juice, and ice then shake lightly. Strain to glass over ice.

Gin Fizz
2 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 egg yolk (1/2 oz)
Club soda, to top (1 oz)
Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Add 3 to 4 ice cubes and shake until well chilled. Double strain over ice and top with soda.

2 oz vodka or gin
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Shake all ingredients over ice until well chilled. Strain to a chilled glass.

1 oz coffee liqueur
2 oz heavy cream
Shake vodka and coffee liqueur over ice until well chilled. Strain over ice. Float heavy cream over top.

Shake all ingredients over ice until well chilled. Strain to a chilled glass.

Shake all ingredients over ice until well chilled. Strain to a chilled glass.

Aperol Spritz
3 oz Prosecco
2 oz Aperol
1oz soda water
Build over ice. Add Prosecco, then Aperol, top with soda.

Espresso Martini
2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz espresso (room temp)
Shake all ingredients over ice until well chilled. Strain to a chille glass.

Garnish: 3 coffee beans
Mai Tai
1 oz dark rum (Jamaican)
1 oz white rum
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz orgeat
Add all ingredients except dark rum together and shake over ice until well chilled. Strain to a glass over ice. Rest bar spoon over the glass and use it to slowly float over the dark rum.

2 oz london dry gin

3/4 oz honey syrup
Shake all ingredients over ice until well chilled. Strain to a chilled glass.

Build over ice. Mix in the glass then top with cola.

Hot Toddy
2 oz bourbon
3/4 oz honey syrup
4 oz boiling water
Fill glass with ingredients (add water last).
