Why did Lincoln fire McClellan
McClellan received the information he needed in order to fight Lee and the confederacy and if he destroyed their army it would have been a very important victory for the north but since he did not defeat Lee’s army they re treated and Lincoln fire him
Why was the seeds of Vicksburg successful for the north
The northern army wanted to take control of this area so they surrounded the city preventing any supplies from people going in eventually the people were starving and surrender to the north giving them complete control over the Mississippi
