Q

Who was responsible for the Civil War and why?

A

Charles the 2nd is to blame for the English Civil War. This is due to the fact that he tried to rule without the help of Parliament. The parliaments job was to help the King keep order of his country, Utd Charles pushes them away, only to come back for money. Therefore, Charles is to blame for the English Civil War.
