A

The Little Rock incident was when 9 black students travelled to a white school to study, only to be turned away by a mob of angry protesters.

Eventually, the National Guard had to be called in, and they were protected to go to school, although even the State Governor was not pleased, as he soon shut down the school (to prevent further integration)
