Linda Brown wasn’t allowed to attend a white school but with the help of the NAACP it was taken to the Topeka board of education but was escalated to the Supreme Court and then she was allowed to attend

A

In 1957, 9 black American students tried to enrol at Little Rock High School. The governor called in guards to prevent them from entering but the president sent in troops to protect them. They could then attend the school.
