When will a case go down the Small Claims Track?
Contract and tort cases up to £10,000
£1,500 for personal injury cases
When will a case go down the Fast Track?
Fast Track hears cases between £10,000 to £25,000
For personal injury cases £1,500 to £25,000
When will a case go down the Multi-track?
Multi-track hears cases over £25,000+
Start in the County Court before a Circuit Judge
Will be sent to the High court if the case involves complex points or if it is £50,000+
