Small Claims-a local court in which claims for small sums of money can be heard,decided quickly and cheaply without a legal representation
Fast Track-a special court or procedure for certain types of cases so that they get to trial more quickly
Multi Track-deals with complicated cases with a value of £25,000 or more but it also gives the court the ability to deal with cases in the most suitable way
