paid fairly (compensated) for their property if it is

the section of the 14th Amendment that says that states
must apply the law equally and cannot discriminate
against citizens or groups of citizens

The crime of publishing false statements and damaging

a law enforcement agent’s examination of a person’s
home, vehicle, or business to find evidence that a crime

Right to have trial by trial in CIVIL cases (When the value in argument is over 20$)
-Limits government power
