White Blood Cells
White blood cells help to fight off illnesses. When you are sick, your body produces more white blood cells to fight off the virus.
Veins
Veins carry blood back to the heart to be pumped elsewhere. To avoid any blood going backwards due to a lack of pressure, veins have one-way valves in them.
Red Blood Cells
Red Blood Cells carry oxygen from the lungs to all of the cells in the body. Carbon dioxide is is also carried in red blood cells . However, it generally moves from the cells of the body to the lungs.
Artery
The arteries are the biggest blood vessel inside the human body they pump oxygenated blood away from the heart.
Capillaries
Are the smallest blood vessels that connect the larger blood vessels and they are so thin that you can’t see it with a naked eye
