A

For the purposes of this Part, an occupier gives informed
consent to an officer if the occupier consents after being
informed by the officer —
(a) of the powers that the officer wants to exercise in respect of the place; and
(b) of the reason why the officer wants to exercise those
powers; and
(c) that the occupier can refuse to consent to the officer
doing so.
