How are the symptoms of the disease
How are they controlling the disease/compliance

A
- If they know why
- Have they been taking their medication
- Have they been taking it correctly
- Why have they not been taking it ?

What wooly things should you ask in all patients
A
How the disease is affecting their life- work, social, activities
How is their mood?

What should you do after talking about the results
A
Tell them how we can improve the control of the disease
