A

The father is the creator of the universe, shows the omnipotence of God. “our father who art in heaven”

The son is Jesus, who is the human incarnation of God, reassures that God understands the suffering going on in the world- shows the omnibenevolence of God “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son”

A

-Free will “whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life”
- we cant appreciate the good if we haven’t experienced the bad
-God must have a plan that humans don’t understand, it is so complex

what is a literalist christian?

A

they believe that everything that happened in the bible happened exactly how it was described- for example they believe the world was literally created withing seven days “on the first day God created the heavens and the earth… let there be light”

the bible account is a metaphor for how God created the world- God created the world bit the big bang explains how it happened
