A denomination is a distinct group within the Christian faith with its own organisation and traditions

Monotheism is the belief in one God

Omnipresent is present everywhere all the time
Omniscient
Omniscient is all knowing
Omnibenevolent
Omnibenevolent is all loving

Immanent is involved in the world, interacts with the world
Transcendent
Transcendent is not limited by things humans are limited by
Perfect good
Perfect good is every aspect is beyond that of every human
Personal
Personal is can appear or exist with human characteristics
Impersonal
Impersonal is can appear as a force or spirit
Eternal
Eternal is when something has always and will always exist
Judge
God will judge everyone based on their actions
Trinity
Trinity is the belief that there are 3 persons in 1 god: the father, the son and the Holy Spirit which are separate but also one being
Problem of evil
Problem of evil is when evil and suffering is used as a argument against the belief of God (God can’t exist because of evil)
Inconsistent triad
The inconsistent triad is JL Mackies way of demonstrating problem of evil, God cannot be omnibenevolent and omnipotent aslong as evil and suffering exists
Atheism/atheist
Atheism is the belief in no God
Natural evil
Natural evil is evil and suffering that is not directly caused by humans, eg flooding
Moral evil
Moral evil is evil and suffering which is caused by human actions eg bullying
Theodicy
A theodicy is a argument which tries to show that God exists despite all the evil and suffering in the world
