Who was Jesus?
A
Born and raised a jew, believed to be the Messiah.

Who was Peter and Paul?
A
Missionaries who spread the gospels to Gentiles/non-jews.

What does Messiah mean?
A
A Jewish prophecy of a savior sent by God.

What are Parables?
A
Short stories that have a life message.

What are Martyrs?
A
People who died for their faith. A person who is killed because of their beliefs, and whose death strengthens their cause. They established Churches.

What are the Holy Books?
A
Bible… Old and New Testaments. Old Testaments- Jewish Torah (first 5 plus). New Testaments- gospels and parables.

What is the central message?
A
10 Commandments… moral and ethical conduct. Parables, forgive, love your neighbor… “good samaritan”. BE A GOOD HUMAN
