free will led people to commit evil, this is a result of adam and eve’s temptation

every human is born with a flawed nature and capability of committing sin

they say it can lead people to question their faith

they believe in heaven and hell and that the body resurrects for judgement day

they say that going to hell means their connection with god is severed

god judges you and decides whether you go to heaven or hell

some believe all of humanity will be judged at the last judgement, those who god deems acceptable, will go to heaven, vice versa

they believe in personal judgment when someone dies, their actions are judged
what do christians say about the crucifixion?
christians believe that this helped repair the relationship between god and mankind (the atonement)
how do christians use jesus’ gospels?
they use them and study them to see how they should live their lives
what do the bread and wine represent?
jesus’ body and blood
what is the resurrection?
jesus’ body was placed in the tomb but it was found empty
what does the resurrection prove to christians?
it proves life after death, and so death becomes less frightening
it proves the power of god and gives people strength to live Christian lives
what is the ascension?
40 days after the resurrection, he ascended to heaven.
