A
A non-diatonic dominant 7th chord, where its root is a diatonic scale degree that resolves down a perfect 4th. The root of the secondary dominant is a perfect 5th above the resolution chord.

How is a secondary dominant chord notated, in roman numeral analysis?
A
The secondary dominant 7th, written as V7 (regardless of what its normal numeral is, over the target chord.
It also has a curved arrow pointing to the resolution chord.
