Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, hypersalivation, diaphoresis, headache, dizziness, flushing, urinary urgency, miosis, lacrimation

To diagnose Myasthenia Gravis, neuromuscular blockade reversal
Monitor PR, RR, BP, neurologic static and ECG
May cause:
Diplopia (Double vision)
Hypersalivation
Dysphonia (verbal difficulty)
Dysphagia (difficulty swallowing)
Dysarthria (speech difficulty)
Diaphoresis, bradycardia, hypotension, respiratory depression, diarrhea and seizures
Neostigmine methylsulfate (ROA and Uses, Considerations)
PO, SUBQ and IM
Myasthenia gravis, urinary retention, neuromuscular blockade reversal
May cause dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, bradycardia, hypotension, tachycardia, muscle cramps, seizures, dyspnea
Physostigmine salicylate (ROA and Uses, Considerations)
IV and IM
Anticholinergic syndrome and glaucoma
Diaphoresis, hypersalivation, nausea and vomiting, bradycardia, hypotension, seizures, confusion, muscle paralysis, dyspnea and bronchospasm.

Myasthenia gravis, neuromuscular blockade reversal, nerve gas exposure prophylaxis
Nausea, vomiting, headache
Abdominal cramps and diarrhea
Bradycardia, bronchospasm
Blurred vision, diaphoresis, hypersalivation and increased urinary frequency.
Pralidoxime chloride
IV
Cholinesterase inhibitor toxicity and organophosphate pesticide toxicity
Dizziness, blurred vision, headache, drowsiness, tachycardia, hypertension and hypertonia (muscle stiffness)
