- Pressure on women to use FREE CONTRACEPTION, 2.FAMILY PLANNING workers were avaliable in evrey work place.
- “Granny Police” in houseing areas instructed to make sure that women were practicing Contraception and they were to report pregnancies
- LATER marriges were encouraged
- Enforced Abortions and sterilisation were common
- Free Education and Medical Care
- if you have more than one child their is a 15% fine from your annual income (yearly income)

Yes, definitly in urban areas (cities like Shanghai) with almost negitive growth (nearly no growth)
