Those who didn’t have enough money to help the elders were raising a charity to collect money. The government created retirement homes for the elders who were alone without any family members

The “only child’s” grew spoiled and selfish. When they became adults they didn’t care much of their elder parents because they were more focused in their own lives and careers.
