How can a state without jurisdiction enforce child support?
Through direct enforcement -mail order directly to employer Or Registration -get order registered in another state and then it is subject to enforcement there
what is continuing exclusive jurisdiction
When a court enters a child support order- then it has continuing exclusive jurisdiction of that order forever unless no parties reside in that state anymore or both parties consent to a different jurisdiction
Requirements of temp emerg jurisdiction for child support stuff
Child is physically present and Child has been abandoned

Necessary to protect child from abuse
