Mail order to out of state employer which automatically triggers withholding
Is there another way other than mailing the order to enforce a UIFSA order?
The issuing state sends the order to a court in the new state and it is filed as a foreign judgment and can now be enforced as if it was issued in that state.
What are some ways UIFSA orders can be enforced?
Intercept tax refunds
Suspend licenses like drivers license
