A

Autism spectrum disorder- a condition in which people have a deficit in language development, forming emotional ties with others and intellectual disabilities. Child with autism plays alongside other children and does not understand the symbolic value of things and the emotional value of life. These children tend to not make friendships and emotional contact. They have associated language delay and need special schooling.
Aspergers- only deficit is ability to form emotional ties. These children often end up in solitary pursuits ie careers where you can work alone. They do not understand ‘exception to the rule’ and rules of empathy.
