What are chief men?
People who are mature, anointed, and equipped for the task that God has anointed them to do.
Kingdom influence happens through
The order of Chief Men.
Kingdom influence does not come through the amount of people gathered but by
the amount of people who are mature
As a leader the greatest need we have is for
Other people who are leaders.
Expansion of the kingdom is not primarily the role of fathers but
it is primarily the roll of sons and daughters 2 Kings 6:1-2
Who’s responsibility is it to expand the kingdom?

The chef has a drawer full of knives. He pulls on out to use it but finds that it is not sharp. So he puts it back and uses another knife.
In order to be chosen
You have to develop yourself not just be equipped
The motivation for promotion must be?
greater fruitfulness not notoriety
God purifies our motives by?
Hebrews 5:8 God teaches us obedience through a process of serving others so when we are ready our hearts will be in the right place
why is trust necessary for position?
Because when a leader put you in a position it makes them vulnerable to your decisions
why do movements become monuments
Because sons do not properly inherit responsibility
Why Rehoboam could not withstand Jeroboam?.
He had no inner fortitude he was irresolute
How do you receive spiritual inheritance ?
Through spiritual alignment. You have to come under the Leaders Authority. Mrs Karen says if you share my platform you share my convictions
