A
- Looks for ASSOCIATION between two CATEGORICAL VARIABLES.
- It measures the difference between expected and observed frequencies based on an assumption of independent joint probability.
- Measures how much variation there is in each cell of the table and computes whether this amount of difference is likely due to chance or not.
