A
- Increased bronchovascular markings
- Cardiomegaly
- Hyperinflated lungs + flattened diaphragm +/- small heart +/- bullous formation
- Saber-sheath trachea (narrowing of carina in frontal view, but widening in lateral view)

- Alveolar oedema (bat-wing distribution with air bronchograms)
- Kerley B lines
- Cardiomegaly
- Upper airway diversion (stag antlers sign)
- Effusions

Atelectasis
A
Loss of lung markings & opacification of affected area

Opacification with air bronchograms
