- aortic dissection (hx of HTN)
2. pancreatitis (hx of EtOH abuse)
60 yo M sudden onset substernal chest pain + dyspnea, diaphoresis, and nausea. Hx of HLD, HTN, and smoking.

20 yo African American F with acute onset chest pain. Hx of sickle cell disease and multiple hospitalizations for anemia and pain
