A
RR>30 or difficulty breathing
BP 180/130 or 90/60
Pulses irregular or tachy100or Brady 50
Pallor or sweating
Severe pain
Pain radiates to arm or jaw
New pain at centre or left of chest
Nausea
Known IHD
At risk if heart attack (DM, smoker, HPT, ⬆️Cholesterol
