hepatotoxicity
antiandrogens, antimetabolites, aromatase inhibitors, SERMs, vincas, some TKIs
clotting risk

alopecia
100%= taxanes, anthracyclines; others= carboplatin, cyclophosphamide, ifosfamide, etoposide, vincas
extravasation
cold compress for all except vincas and etoposide (use warm); hyaluronidase for vincas; dexrazoxane for anthracyclines
