Management

A

Irrigation of fornices till ph strip becomes neutral
Any particle left - remove under LA
Removal of necrotic tissue with cotton swab stick
Pt positioned supine , eye kept open with lid speculum
Antibiotic ointment and cyclopegic instilled
Corticosteroid
Acetazolamide
Ascorbic acid
