2. Complete customer processing statements for the last 4 months (ALL PAGES!) *If seasonal 12 months
3. 3 Most recent months business bank statements( ALL PAGES)

What additional documents are required by underwriting?

Answer 2

• A copy of a voided check
• A copy of a driver’s license for each signature (A large picture for clarity)
• Copy of lease aggreement (need 1st and last page, [age showing terms, address and signatures)
• If theyare currently reciving working capital with MCA or fixed daily inclease last month’s statment from that provider
