Answer 1

For firm:
1. Follow up letter
2. Arrange next meeting if relevant
3. Take instruction from other executor if relevant
4. Begin paying off IHT and taking steps towards obtaining grant of rep
5. Get property valued, and survey on house in readiness for this

For client:
1. Send death certificate
2. Send funeral expenses
3. Send details of assets - ownership of those assets e.g. share certificate and title to land
3. Give instructions to act on following matters
