- What is the name of the Chase card?
Slate. It is a VISA card. Payment is due on the 8th of every month
- What are acceptable payment methods?

b. Money Order
c. Electronic payment drawn on a US Bank or a foreign bank branch in the US
- What is the Interest Free Period?
aka Grace period
a. It is the time when I am not charged interest on new purchases.
- When is my account in the Interest Free period?
The I pay my new balance as shown on my statement every month by the due date and time. DURING THIS PERIOD, I WILL NOT PAY INTEREST ON PURCHASES.
- What is the Interest Free period for balance transfers?
Balance transfers, checks, cash advances, and overdraft advances DO NOT HAVE AN INTEREST FREE PERIOD.
- How are my payments allocated?
The minimum payment is applied to the balance on my monthly statement WITH THE LOWEST APR.
b. Any payment above the minimum payment is then applied to the balance on my monthly statement with the HIGHEST APR FIRST.
c. If I do not pay my balance in full each month, I may not be able to avoid interest charges on NEW PURCHASES.
