Always have objectives to follow. (eg. fun, help, promotion, call to action)

Truthful, specific and earned.

How to handle serious topics
FIRST: you should generally bring about things that positive and enjoyable.
IF NOT: wrap the ideas in a story
How to not get cut out
Pause mid sentences, not only end sentences. It will let people get used to your pauses and don’t necessarily think you’re done.
