A

Any gang-related individual who engages in a shooting./shootout with member(ss) of another gang. An individual is gang-related for the purposes of this charge when they actively participate in or willfully further the purposes of a criminal street gang. This can be established by either: (1) a pattern of association and participation in felonious activity, or (2) by statements/admissions of association and/or participation made by the individual. A criminal street gang is defined as an ongoing group, club, or organization which has the primary purpose of the commission of criminal offenses, or the members of which over the last thirty days have engaged in a continuing or ongoing series of felony offenses.

This charge will encompass any charges that occur as part of the robbery, including Brandishing of Melee Weapons, Unlawful Imprisonment, Aggravated Petty Robbery, and Evading/Resisting. It is illegal to possess any security firm labeled cash without being an on duty security firm employee. ROBBERY OF A HIGH-SECURITY INSTITUTION
Any person who forcibly removes or enters and remains in an attempt to steal any thing of value in the care, custody, control, management, or possession of a financial institution. A financial institution is defined as, but is not limited to, a bank, museum, jewelry store, or other high security building containing high value assets. ROBBERY OF A LOW-SECURITY INSTITUTION
Any person who forcibly removes or enters and remains in an attempt to steal any thing of value in the care, custody, control, management, or possession of a store or business. A store or business is defined as, but is not limited to, a Laundromat, 24/7 Convenience Store, Cash Exchange, or a building used for commerce containing valuable assets, This charge will encompass any charges that occur as part of the robbery, except for the possession of firearms or possession of contraband (drugs, etc). It is unlawful to operate an off-road vehicle on city streets, highways, county roads, and sidewalks.
