When are D’s prior acts of sexual assault or child molestation admissible?

A

In a criminal or civil case where D is accused of committing a sexual assault or child moles. (must disclose ev. 15 days before trial)

** this ev is admissible for ANY relevant purpose: including, propensity to commit sex crimes (here, specific acts can be introduced to show propensity to commit act in issue)
