Identifying with and sharing another person’s feelings.

A person who inspires you to think or act a certain way.
Constructive Criticism
Using a positive message to make a suggestion.
Clique
A group of friends who hang out together and act in similar ways.
Body language
Postures, gestures, and facial expressions.
Mixed Message
A situation in which your words say one thing, but your body language says another.
Stereotype
Belief about people who belong to a certain group.
Interpersonal Communication
Sharing thoughts and feelings with other people.
Active listening
Hearing, thinking about, and responding to another person’s message.

Willing to stand up for yourself in a firm but positive way.
