Omni-Channel

Single Channel Selling
Merely a single store where they can have a single type of touchpoint.
Multi-Channel Selling
Sells through multiple avenues/touch points. These do NOT need to interact with one another. (Example: They have a store and an online store, both look and feel different but make profits for the company)
Cross-Channel Selling
Everything connected through that one person and brand. The online feels like the store.
Omni-Channel Selling
Customer experiences a brand whereas they cannot tell the different between different types of selling, there’s a definite consistency.
Activities of Omni-Channel Selling
