Market Economy
political economy in which there is near total private control of land labor and capital. Every actor has direct control over his or her own factors of production and production decisions are essentially the sum of all private actors decisions.
Social Market Economy
A political economic system in which the state encourages the operation of an extensive free market economy but it also committed to social welfare distribution and some income redistribution within the context of a democratic political process

The extent that political organizations and procedures have acquired value in the eyes of the political systems capacity to regulate its citizens , respond flexibility, to citizen demands, extract and distribute resources efficiently,and adapt to change
