What does International Headquarters hold?
International Headquarters holds office space for the Fraternity and Educational Foundation staff, houses many of the Fraternity’s archives, and hosts visits from hundreds of brothers annually
What is the Fraternity’s official title?
“The Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta”
Senior Director of Chapter Services
oversees all activities related to the support, resources, and services provided to undergraduate chapters/colonies, coordinates the Summit and the alcohol-free housing exemption process
Senior Director of Education
responsible for overseeing all health/safety education, member education, leadership development, promotes philanthropy, community service, and academic achievement
Senior Director of Graduate Engagement
manages the graduate dues program, leads graduate engagement/recognition efforts, assists graduate chapters, supports graduate chapters with their relations with undergraduate chapters, responsible for supporting graduate volunteers

It is a biennial convention, traditionally held in even-numbered years

The constitutional convention of 1898 vested exclusive legislative and judicial power in the Ekklesia
What happens at the Ekklesia?
Laws are made and repealed, the Archons (Board of Directors) are elected, and all matters of common interest are discussed
Why is the actual management of the Fraternity business decided predominantly by undergraduate brothers?
Each undergraduate chapter may have three voting delegates (one of whom may be a graduate brother if endorsed by the undergraduate chapter), while each graduate chapter has one. This means that typically the undergraduate brothers at an Ekklesia cast 90% of the votes
How many people make up the International Headquarters staff?
Approximately 30 people, both members and non-members of Phi Gamma Delta
What is the purpose of the boardroom and library at International Headquarters?
They provide a comfortable setting for chapter officer retreats and other meetings
Executive Director
in charge of the International Headquarters office, serves as the CEO of the Fraternity, serves as an ambassador for the Fraternity, sees to it that each person in the office is performing well and the office is running smoothly, reports to the Archons
Assistant Executive Director
provides leadership to the undergraduate services team, overseeing all activities related to the support and education of existing chapters/expansion to new campuses, responsible for chapter conduct issues, leading the Fraternity’s anti-hazing, manage/plan the Ekklesia and Academy
Chief Financial Officer
oversees financial operations of International Headquarters and Education Foundation
