What does the opening of the letter include?
Inside address, the salutation, and the attention line.
What does the Salutation lines of a letter should include?
The person’s courtesy title, such as Dr., Mr., Miss, Mrs. or Ms.
What does the Inside address of a letter include?
The physician’s name is used, followed by his academic degree.
What is the body of the letter?
Relays the reason for the correspondence. The body should be brief but contain all of the information necessary to convey the information to the recipient.
What does the closing of the letter include?
Complementary closing, the written signature, and the signature line.
