Define two instances from the life of St. Paul where he personally suffered while doing the Lord’s will, then explain how in each of those instances God used Paul to grow and strengthen His church.
Paul was imprisoned for two years by the Roman governor, Felix, who is intrigued by the apostle’s message. Even though Paul suffered because he was imprisoned, he was able to spread the lord’s message to the Roman governor Felix. Paul also spoke to a crowd of Jews from the steps of the Roman barracks after he was arrested. He told them the story of his radical conversion and acceptance of Christ as the messiah. Even though Paul had been arrested, he could tell the Jews his story of salvation.
Where was Saul of tarsus going when he was blinded and why was he going there?
On his was to Damascus to capture Christians.
