ABDOMINOCENTESIS
the process of inserting a small gauge needle into the abdomen to evaluate if fluid is present and obtain a sample for further testing.

a bluish color in the skin, lips, and nail beds caused by a shortage of oxygen in the blood

a medical practitioner specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of skin disorders.

the identification of the nature of an illness or other problem by examination of the symptoms.`
DIARRAHEA
a condition in which feces are discharged from the bowels frequently and in a liquid form.

swelling caused by too much fluid trapped in the body’s tissues.

Within an artery; relating to the intima of an artery.

ERYTHROCYTE
A cell that contains hemoglobin and can carry oxygen to the body.
FISSURE
A cleft or groove. A fissure can be normal or abnormal. A fissure in the cerebral cortex is a normal feature.
FISTULA
an abnormal connection between two body parts, such as an organ or blood vessel and another structure.
GASTRALGIA
: pain in the stomach or epigastrium especially of a neuralgic type.
