Specialized Application Software
is a software that is specially designed for an individual or company’s specific needs.
Microsoft Office
consists of Office, Spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, emails and more.

replace menus and toolbars by organizing commonly used commands into a set of tabs.
Contextual Tabs
tabs that appear automatically when needed and anticipate the next operations to be performed by the user.
Galleries
simplify the process of making a selection from a list of alternatives.
word processor
a computer application used for the production (including composition, editing, formatting and possibly printing) of any sort printable material
Microsoft Word
