Why was Rho Pi Lambda Chapter needed?
The county had seen a population increase of over 22% in the last decade, specifically, sixteen percent of the Carroll County population in 2000 was African-Americans with projections the numbers would continue to grow due to business growth & the growth of the UWG. In addition, there was no chapter near that covered the Western part of ATL.
