Hepatocellular disease
Liver cells or hepatocytes are the immediate problem interferes with liver function enzymes
Obstructive disease
Bile excretion is blocked
Which is treated medically and which is treated surgically obstructive disease or hepatocellular disease?
Hepatocellular disease is treated medically and obstructive disease treated surgically.
