Answer 1

Same as for a fully licensed driver except 2 points for:

• Driving between midnight and 5 am (Class 7 only).
• Having more passengers than seatbelts.
• Supervising when not fully qualified (i.e.,
• Acting as a supervisor to an individual with a Class 7 Licence).
