2/3 of the Congress must vote for it (yes)

2/3 of the state legislature must vote yes

What does the 2nd Amendment give you the right to own?
Guns
What does the 4th Amendment protect you from? (Placed as a result of the Sugar Act)
Unreasonable searches and seizures without probable cause

5th admendment (I plead the 5th)

Due process of law

Claiming the Bill of Rights are your only rights as a citizen

States could be used as protection against the powers of a national government
